The New Illustrated Harry Potter Book Cover Belongs in a Modern Art Museum

Scholastic has been rebooting the Harry Potter book (so to speak) with illustrated editions, and the latest one deserves a spot on your wall. Jim Kay is doing the art, and so far we've loved both the new
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone and the version of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets . Now we've gotten a peek at the third installment,
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban , which hits shelves on Oct. 3. Every square centimeter of this cover is thoughtfully crafted, from the destination sign — "Anywhere & Everywhere (Except Underwater)" — to Harry jumping out of harm's way in the bottom right corner.
